Briefing

Before I began filming any footage, I needed a briefing with all the actors to let them know about the schedule and each scene. This meant that if they couldn't film on that day, they could let me know in advance as well as prepare for the specific scene, including required props, hairstyles or clothes. In order to ensure that each film shooting runs smoothly and requires the least time, I produced a call sheet that I will fill in based on the specific day of scene filming that I can hand out to the required characters. I will hand this piece of document out a few days to a week before filming the scenes as well as have regular short meetings to ensure that everyone is clear with their acting parts. This is a sample which I will use to fill in the different information depending on the day of the filming.
